He was born in 1963 in Trabzon. In 1988, he graduated from Ankara University Faculty of Medicine and became a Radiology specialist in 1997.

With the Ibis Group of Companies he owns; he is engaged in the import of products and machinery, technical and training services, and establishment of aesthetic and healthy life clinics, television media, business development consultancy and social entrepreneurship projects for international and national companies in the fields of aesthetics, cosmetics and innovative health technologies, elderly care technologies.

With the Medical Tourism Association, of which he is the President, he introduced the concept of Health Tourism for the first time in Turkey and developed the market economy.
